Job Responsibilities: • Participating in budgeting processes for Marketing, and Retail expenses through contractual analysis and invoices check. Efficiently process vendor invoices and maintain up to date system. • Monitoring of internal controls ensures that the financial procedure is followed correctly. • Maintain constant communication with suppliers and business unit and to ensure the process is completed correctly. • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports. • Managing financial transactions, coordinate payment approval processes of invoices. • Process optimization and risk management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree above in Economics or Management. • 2/3 years of working experience in accounting controlling. • Good communication skills. • Details/Results orientated, team player. • Language: Italian,Chinese,English. • Proficiency in SAP and Excel is a plus.
