Our strengths: • Taste for challenge of all teams • High development ambitions • International outreach • Industrial vertical integration • European HQ based in France, just a stone’s throw from Paris (Issy les Moulineaux) For more information, kindly visit our website The Role of the Account Payable Specialist: - Managing vendors and account payable process; - Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals; - Generate payments for approved invoices, considering cash flow and payment terms; - Reconcile vendor accounts against supplier statements and resolve discrepancies; - Analyze the accounts payable aging report to manage outstanding liabilities; - Prepare cash flow forecast and report monthly; - Prepare expense analysis report monthly and quarterly; - Review and process employee's reimbursement according to the company policy; - Provide other financial reports which HQ or leader request; - Additional account payable duties as necessary. Qualifications: - 3 years+ local accounting experience in Account Payable - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - Knowledge of Italian accounting, vendor management, and expense analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Language: Italian and Mandarin required Does it sound like you?
