Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the 4S dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. • Develop and implement sales goals and business plans to achieve company targets. • Manage inventory, vehicle delivery processes, and after-sales service quality. • Conduct regular team meetings to analyze market trends and optimize sales strategies. • Expand local market presence and enhance brand visibility. • Create and execute marketing strategies to increase customer conversion rates. • Build and maintain customer relationships, delivering an excellent car-buying experience. • Maintain good partnerships with local government entities, and other related organizations. Qualifications: • Associate degree, with majors in automotive engineering,or related fields preferred. • Experience in the automotive industry and Prior experience managing a 4S dealership is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Chinese and italian.
